Heather brings over two decades of hands-on experience and heartfelt dedication to the world of dentistry. A 2005 graduate of the prestigious Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, Heather’s passion for oral health started early—she’s been working in dental offices since the age of 14!
Her career has taken her from the bustling dental practices of the Boston area to the serene settings of Vermont and New Hampshire, and even abroad as a dental consultant in Liberia, Costa Rica. One of her most rewarding experiences was volunteering on a dental mission in the remote mountains near Cusco, Peru—bringing smiles and care to those who need it most.
Heather is especially skilled at working with patients who have dental anxiety or fear, and she finds great joy in building trust and comfort with children and nervous adults alike. Her gentle approach and calming presence make her a favorite among patients of all ages.
Outside the office, Heather wears many hats. She’s a devoted mom to her pride and joy, Kai, a certified yoga instructor hosting retreats and classes, and an adventurer at heart. She loves traveling to tropical beaches, hiking, and winding down with her family around a cozy bonfire. And if you’re wondering—yes, her favorite color really is Bubbles!

Arrissa’s strong work ethic and grounded nature were shaped early in life while growing up on a farm in Ohio. There, she learned the value of responsibility, dedication, and staying connected to what matters most — qualities she carries with her into her professional life every day.
At 18, she moved to South Carolina, where she gained independence and valuable life experience that helped shape her confidence and adaptability. That journey eventually led her to Keene, New Hampshire, where she has built a new and fulfilling chapter of her life.

Liz holds a biochemistry degree from the University of Vermont and is currently applying to dental school. Raised in Brattleboro and Vernon, Vermont, she is a multigenerational Vermonter deeply connected to her community.
